Complaints Policy

We produce everything on this site ourselves, and nobody else can upload to it. If you have a complaint about anything here, including content you believe is illegal, was published without the consent of someone shown in it, or otherwise breaks our rules or the card networks' standards, we want to hear about it.

How to make a complaint

Email support@chloemaevids.com with:

You do not need an account to make a complaint. If you appear in the content, please say so, and tell us if you are asking for it to be removed.

If you believe content shows a minor or someone being exploited, please also report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org, or call the National Human Trafficking Hotline on 1-888-373-7888.

How we review a complaint

  1. We confirm we have it. We reply to let you know we have received your complaint, normally within one business day.
  2. We take the content down while we look into it if the complaint says it may be illegal or was published without consent. It stays down until the review is finished.
  3. We review it. We look at the content and check it against the records we keep for it, including the signed consent and the age and identity records we hold for everyone who appears. If we need more information, we ask you.
  4. We decide and tell you. Every complaint is reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days of when we receive it. We tell you the outcome and the reasons for it in writing.

Possible outcomes

Appeals

You can appeal any decision we make about a complaint. Reply to our decision, or email support@chloemaevids.com with "Appeal" in the subject, saying why you disagree and including anything that supports it. We review the whole complaint again and reply with the outcome of the appeal, and our reasons, within seven (7) business days.

Removing content you appear in

Anyone who appears in content on this site can ask for it to be removed, including because they did not consent to it, or believe their consent is not valid. The content comes down while we review the request, and we remove it permanently if the review finds that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. You can appeal the outcome in the same way as any other decision.

Independent resolution

If you disagree with the outcome of an appeal, the disagreement will be resolved by a neutral, independent third party, such as a professional mediator or arbitrator, and we will pay for it. Email support@chloemaevids.com to start this. Nothing in this policy takes away any other right you have, including going to the police or the courts.

Records

We keep a record of every complaint, what we did about it, and the outcome. See also our Anti-Human Trafficking and Content Compliance Policy.
