Billing, cancellation and refunds

Who bills you

Payments are processed by CCBill, an authorised reseller and payment processor. CCBill will appear on your card or bank statement rather than the name of this site. Purchases are made on behalf of H & H Marketing LLC.

What you are charged

• Membership: $24.99 every 30 days, recurring until cancelled.
• Individual videos: $9.99 – $12.99, charged once. These are not recurring.

How to cancel

A membership renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not cut off immediately and you are not charged again.

• From your account page, at any time; or
• Directly through CCBill's consumer support at support.ccbill.com, using the email address or subscription reference on your receipt; or
• By emailing [email protected].

Refunds

Individual video purchases grant immediate access to digital content and are generally non-refundable once played. If you are charged in error, charged twice, or cannot access what you paid for, contact us and we will put it right — including a refund where appropriate.

Refund requests may also be made through CCBill directly. Contacting us or CCBill is faster than a card dispute, and it does not risk your account being closed.

Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, CCBill may retry it. Your membership remains active until the end of the paid period; if payment is not completed by then, access ends and no further charges are made.
