Anti-Human Trafficking and Content Compliance Policy
1. Policy statement
H & H Marketing LLC has zero tolerance for human trafficking, slavery, forced labor and child exploitation in any form. We do not and will not publish non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or anything that promotes or facilitates trafficking or abuse. We comply with all applicable laws and with the card networks' standards.
2. Who makes our content
We produce every video and photo on this site ourselves. We do not accept uploads from members or anyone else, and the site has no live streams or live chat.
3. What is prohibited
None of the following appears on this site, and none of it is allowed in anything connected with it:
- human trafficking, forced labor or modern slavery, or anything that facilitates them;
- anyone under 18, or anything suggesting someone is under 18, including through role play, costume or wording;
- non-consensual sexual activity, real or simulated, including anyone shown as asleep, unconscious, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent;
- sexual violence or physical abuse;
- incest, bestiality or bodily excretions;
- anything recorded or published without the consent of everyone shown in it;
- offering or advertising sex for money, or any commercial sex act involving force, fraud, coercion or a minor;
- titles, descriptions or tags that suggest any of the above.
4. Age, identity and consent
- Age and identity. Before anyone appears in our content we check a government-issued photo ID to confirm who they are and that they are at least 18, and we keep the records 18 U.S.C. §2257 requires. See our 2257 statement.
- Consent. Everyone who appears has signed a written release consenting to be filmed and to the content being published and distributed on this site.
- Review before publishing. Every video is reviewed before it is published, including its title, description and tags. The site will not publish a video until everyone credited in it has a verified age and identity record on file.
- Records. We keep the identity, age and consent records for everyone who appears, and a record of every complaint and what was done about it, for as long as the law and the card networks require. They are available to our payment processor and the card networks on request.
5. Reporting
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal, was published without consent, or otherwise breaks this policy, as set out in our Complaints Policy. Reports are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days, and content reported as possibly illegal or non-consensual is taken down while we review it. Anyone who appears in our content can ask for it to be removed, and a disagreement about an appeal is resolved by a neutral third party at our expense.
6. Consequences
Content found to break this policy is removed immediately and permanently. We report suspected illegal content, including any suspected child sexual abuse material or trafficking, to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and we tell our payment processor. Any account involved is closed.
7. Where to get help
If you or someone you know is a victim of human trafficking, help is available:
