Privacy Policy
This is a working draft, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with adult content and card-network rules before you take payments.
Discretion is part of what you are paying for. This policy sets out what we hold and, just as importantly, what we deliberately do not.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed password.
- Viewing: what you watch and how far through, so we can offer “continue watching” and understand which videos hold attention.
- Technical: IP address and approximate country, used for security, fraud prevention, and to apply the correct age-verification rules.
What we do not collect
- We never see your card details. Payments go directly to CCBill; we receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
- We do not store identity documents. Where age verification is required, a specialist provider performs it and returns only a pass or fail, which is all we keep.
Who we share with
Our payment processor (CCBill), our video delivery provider, our email provider, and any age-verification provider we are required to use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your viewing history with anyone.
Cookies
We use only cookies necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, and recording that you have passed the age gate. There are no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some billing records must be retained for legal and chargeback-handling reasons even after an account is deleted.
