Terms of Service

This site is operated by H & H Marketing LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Age and eligibility

This site contains adult material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally permitted to view such material in your jurisdiction. We verify age where the law requires it, and we may refuse or withdraw access at any time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials or resell access.
• We may suspend an account used to share access, to circumvent payment, or to copy or redistribute content.

3. What you are buying

A membership grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream content while the membership is active. An individual purchase grants the same licence for that video. You are licensed to watch - not to download, copy, redistribute or publicly perform anything on this site.

4. Billing

Payments are handled by CCBill. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation and refunds are set out on our billing page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Ownership and copyright

We produce everything on this site ourselves. All of it, including every video, photo, title and description, and the site's name and design, is owned by H & H Marketing LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing is licensed to you except as set out in section 3. Recording, screen capture, re-uploading or sharing content infringes that copyright, and we pursue it.

6. Acceptable use

You may:

• create one account, for yourself;
• stream what your membership or purchases cover, on your own devices, for your own private viewing;
• contact us, report content, and use our complaints process.

7. Unacceptable use

You must not:

• download, record, screen-capture, copy, redistribute or publicly show any content;
• share your account or password, or sell or give access to anyone else;
• let anyone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live, see the content;
• use the site anywhere viewing adult material is against the law;
• get round the age check, payment or any other access control, including by hiding where you are;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the site;
• probe, attack or interfere with the site or its security;
• send us anything unlawful, threatening or harassing.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Complaints

To complain about anything on the site, or to report content, see our Complaints Policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be added, changed or withdrawn.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
