This site is operated by H & H Marketing LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Age and eligibility
This site contains adult material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally permitted to view such material in your jurisdiction. We verify age where the law requires it, and we may refuse or withdraw access at any time.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials or resell access.
- We may suspend an account used to share access, to circumvent payment, or to copy or redistribute content.
3. What you are buying
A membership grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream content while the membership is active. An individual purchase grants the same licence for that video. You are licensed to watch — not to download, copy, redistribute or publicly perform anything on this site.
4. Billing
Payments are handled by CCBill. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation and refunds are set out on our billing page, which forms part of these terms.
5. Content and conduct
All content is either produced by us or licensed to us. Recording, screen capture, re-uploading or sharing content breaches these terms and infringes copyright, and we pursue it.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be added, changed or withdrawn.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
